    In order to have winning collaborations, I know that I first have to target individuals who can provide me with high value and/or experience in my endeavors. Saying that, I need to provide that same value to a potential partner. “Reciprocation” is the operative word in my mindset when establishing winning collaborations…

    Thoughts on this or the management side of the winning collaboration equation?

    And I am thinking that reciprocation must not be instant it could come in future or it could happen indirectly. When you provide value to your partner’s mentee.
