    The innovators mind can seem like it’s moving a million miles per hour sometimes! I like to use deep breathing and Mindfulness meditation, along with keeping a journal, to keep focused and record my thoughts/ideas. Mindfulness meditation, just a few minutes a day if you don’t have time for more, is shown to provide a variety of benefits including more focus and a better sense of well-being. There’s an app for that!

    Thanks for the tip. I usually turn off phone and devices by 8pm and all afternoon on Sundays.
